Fresh raspberry and strawberry notes, harmonious acidity and
fine tannins give this rosé an elegant balance. Light and finely
sparkling, varying in tender salmon to cherry red colour. Very
well chilled in a white wine glass or tumbler – pure or as part of
a no-, low- or mid-alcohol spritz. Perfect as an aperitif and ideal
with summery, light and Mediterranean dishes.
